Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
• Minor color differences caused by photography or screen settings.

Refund Process

After inspection and approval, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
