At Virasaatya, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to make every shopping experience smooth and hassle-free.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The product should show no signs of use, damage, stains, perfume, or alterations.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Return & Refund Policy

At present, Virasaatya does not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected while placing the order

  • Color or design preference

  • Minor variation in color due to photography or screen settings

Refunds or replacements will only be processed if:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive an incorrect item.

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

Our support team will review your request, and once approved, an exchange or refund will be initiated based on the nature of the issue.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your Order ID, clear product images, and the complete unboxing video.

  • Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Exchange Process

Once your request is approved:

  1. Our team will verify the details.

  2. A pickup will be arranged where service is available.

  3. After the product passes our quality inspection, the replacement item will be dispatched.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the exchange process to be completed.

Shipping Charges

  • If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Virasaatya will bear all shipping charges.

  • For approved size exchanges, shipping charges may apply depending on the location and courier availability.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund

The following items are not eligible:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

  • Requests made after the specified time period

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless damaged or incorrect)
